Can someone please convert this recipe to metric measurements and scale it?

I know I should find a U.S. to Metric measurements converter, but I’m finding it a bit confusing plus scaling it to make 2 servings instead of 12! Please help, best answer to first helpful answer.

It’s equal parts milk powder and sugar. Then half a small spoonful of salt. The cho. chips and peppermint candy is equal parts and is HALF the amount you put in for milk powder and sugar. Experiment. You really can’t mess up anything with chocolate in it.
