How can I delete everything on my computer except the main things like the OS and other vital programs?

I’ve tried doing a system restore but it just made it look brand new (programs dont show up), and when i go to the HDD it still is full, and all the files are still there.

How can I delete almost everything?

The programs are no longer installed, but the program files are still there. Now you’ll have to delete (press the shift key when you click or press delete, or you’ll just be moving the files) every file you want to delete by hand. Since you deinstalled all the programs (removed references to them in the registry), you can’t uninstall (delete the files) them.
